He developed a mobile application that allows users with a smart phone ( Android , windows & ios ) to interact directly with medical practitioners without having physical contact; an advantage to people who have health concerns but are shy to talk to a doctor face to face about.
The data gathered in Bisa (the twi translation of ‘ask’) will be mined by health professionals to help predict trends of illnesses and the Bisa will be sustained by advertisement of health insurance providers and health products manufactures which funds will help sustain Bisa.
The announcement will be made on ITU website, on the ideas platform, and on ITU social media communications. The Hon.Minister for Communications extends his congratulations to Mr. Raindolf Owusu and assures to present him as part of SMEs/Start-ups from Ghana, enabling them to also have a chance of global recognition during the ITU Telecom Awards this year.
